BitDefender Here I Come!!

After searching for antivirus I decided to give BitDefender Total Security a try. After update and restart a few times I manage to install it. I take a 30 days trial.

BitDefender Total Security can be said as all in one antivirus. It contains firewall, anti-spam, antivirus with built in spyware scanner and other extra function. The extra function here is a pc tune-up where you can use a registry cleaner, defragmenter, duplicate finder and other function that will help your pc run more smoothly. Another good thing is BitDefender provide a gamer and laptop mode for the user. The gaming mode will allow all program pass the firewall. This is really useful especially for online gamers. So you don’t need to bother to go to the antivirus firewall to disable it. On the other hand, the laptop mode is targeted for the user who uses laptop. It reduces some protection setting in order to preserve the laptop batteries.

Although after install it for a while, I can feel that my computer become a bit slow. Maybe because too many function from the antivirus make my computer sluggish a bit. But I’m going to give it a try anyway as many of my friend said that BitDefender is quite good.
